Cancellation Policy
The Bryant Heritage Group – Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Effective Date: April 1, 2025 Applies to all program development, coaching, and consulting appointments. At The Bryant Heritage Group, we value our clients’ time and are committed to providing flexible, high-quality service. In return, we ask clients to honor our time by adhering to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms. 🔹 Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged based on the scheduled service duration. No-shows or same-day cancellations (within 2 hours of appointment) will be charged the full session rate. 🔹 Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their session once with no penalty, provided the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. Additional rescheduled requests or late changes will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the above fees. 🔹 Emergencies & Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of illness, emergency, or unavoidable conflict, clients may contact us directly. Fee waivers will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. 🔹 Agreement to Terms By scheduling a session with The Bryant Heritage Group, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services.
